Time standards have not changed and I will let you know what your swimmer qualifies for as soon as I receive the meet file.

Thursday and Saturday will be a spirit days (green and gators)

Friday will be themed. MCAL released the following:

City Meet Theme: America 250

In honor of the 250th Anniversary of the United States, this year's theme is "America

250: Celebrating 250 Years of Freedom & Unity."

We encourage each team to create its own unique catchphrase and sub-theme within

this broader patriotic celebration (think red, white, and blue, historical themes, and

American traditions).

Our theme will be GATOR-AID and we will be honoring the everyday heroes that our country is built on. Think community helpers and historical figures who have sacrificed to help their fellow Americans.

Bishop has requested minimal decorations so we will only be doing a banner. The theme will be mainly executed through the dress of our participants. Please familiarize yourself and your swimmer with the expectations and policies of Bishop State.

Bishop Facility Rules

Bishop has generously granted us use of the gymnasium again. To respect their

property, please adhere to the following rules:

- Restrooms: Athlete-only restrooms are located near the pool. Spectator restrooms

are located near the concession stand. Please keep wet swimmers out of the spectator

restrooms.

- Gymnasium: The gym floor will be covered to protect the hardwood. Chairs are

permitted only on the covered areas. No tents or other structures are allowed inside

the gym.

- Team Areas: Each team will have a designated area with space for one team banner

(either your normal banner or one matching the America 250 theme). Banners must be

attached to the closed bleachers using painters tape only. No other decorations are

permitted.

- Outdoor Tents: Tents may be set up outside only, on the grass area facing Broad

Street.

- Concession Stand: Open Friday and Saturday, offering morning coffee, grilled

burgers, hot dogs, drinks, and other snacks.

- Eagle Sports: Will be located in the gym Thursday- Saturday selling t-shirts and

sweatshirts.

Thank you parents and coaches for helping us enforce these guidelines. Please reach

out if you have any questions.
