Alpine Meet

Happy Fathers' Day to all our swim dads! We appreciate you and hope you have an AWESOME day!

We will swim against Alpine, Coast Guard, Jackson, and the Port City Marlins this Tuesday at Alpine Swim Club. Warmups will be from 4:20-4:40. Guppies will swim at 5 and the meet will begin immediately following the guppies. Use this Google Form to register by 7pm Monday. We will need volunteers for timers and clerk of course but we have not received exact numbers yet. Look for that sign up to come. We will swim all 4 strokes as well as the longer distance freestyle. Swimmers may swim up to 4 events.

Alpine sent some info on the meet:

We are asking that parents remain off the deck unless viewing a race. They will not be allowed to stand behind the blocks or behind/between timers on the shallow end of the pool. They are more than welcome to stand on the sides of the pool to film and cheer. Tents/Canopies are welcome in the grass areas and there is LIMITED seating under the pavilion. Our concession stand will be open and accepts cash only.

Results from West Mobile are posted on the site and we have ribbons. Just as an FYI, West Mobile does not give ribbons past 6th place in many events so all swimmers who participated may not have ribbons. Sorry!
