******Update #2, Tomorrow will be a light practice day. We will have free swim games during the second half of practice. Swimmers may do spirit signs if they want to bring poster board/markers.
We will be able to use the gym for most of City Meet. It will be available at 10am on Friday. You may set a chair in the hallway until it is available. Due to not being able to set up in the gym before the meet, Friday will be the team spirit day (black/green/gators) and Saturday will be the theme day (Neverland). The bleachers in the gym will be pulled out but I do recommend bringing a chair.
The heat sheet is available:

We are still awaiting a lot of info but I want to go ahead and pass on some things I do know.
Our theme this year is Neverland. (see pic) This could include pirates, mermaids, Peter Pan characters, fairies, indians, and, of course, that pesky ticking crocodile. Friday is Theme Day so come with your best Neverland vibes. Saturday is Gator Spirit Day so do your best black/green/gator look! We will be unable to use the gym at Bishop so we will be under a team tent outside. Bring lawn chairs and lots of liquids. Concessions will be sold but as of now, I have no details other than it will run like last year.

Entries have been submitted and are available here:

I did the best I could to get as many swimmers as possible in relays. Please check your relay events. I did put a couple swimmers in the session after their own as relays will be swam first. If you are unable to swim in the next session, let me know.
We do not have times for any sessions other than the first which begins at 9 am. Eight YO and under are in first session. Ages 9-12 are in second session, and ages 13-18 are in the last session. Once, they determine the number of swimmers per session, we will receive a timeline and volunteer positions. We will need all families participating to be prepared to volunteer.
I plan to use the City Meet Remind to update families on weather delays, late starts, or any other changes/information.
I will send more info as it becomes available.
